Context: A tools business running Magento 2 alongside Shopify and WordPress storefronts, with product, price and order data held in the ERP.
Problem: Catalogue, pricing and orders had to stay consistent between the ERP and the store without manual re-keying.
My role: Directed the integration and built the synchronisation, coordinating the departments and vendors involved.
Approach: Phased delivery covering catalogue, pricing and orders (order-to-cash), followed by UAT, user training and go-live. Alongside it, a 3PL and delivery-partner API programme linking order, shipment and tracking data.

Context: A portfolio of three concurrent projects, including two full re-platforming programmes: Magento to Shopify, and to Laravel.
My role: Project and technical lead: budgets, vendor contracts, the AWS infrastructure programme and a multicultural team of developers, designers, QA and marketing specialists.
Approach: Capacity planning, migration cutover, monitoring, post-go-live support and training, with KPIs tracked for uptime, page speed, Core Web Vitals and conversion.
Outcome: Delivered on time and within budget, with zero downtime and full data integrity across 17,000+ SKUs.

Context: A high-traffic Magento multi-site estate serving Swedish e-commerce brands.
My role: Full-stack developer and technical delivery lead in Agile/Scrum teams: requirements, release planning and defect triage.
Approach: Built and released payment and shipping middleware (REST, SOAP, XML-RPC) for Klarna payments and Uni-Faun shipping.
Outcome: 10+ custom modules and core functionality optimised for performance, security and reliability.
